Colortrak Gifted Product Disclosure Guidelines
You must clearly and conspicuously disclose on all platforms that you have received gifted product(s) from us. Use: "Gifted by Colortrak"
Verbal endorsements must include verbal disclosures; visual endorsements must include visual disclosures. Disclosures must be superimposed over photos and videos. For videos, disclosures must be both clearly spoken and displayed as on-screen text. Disclosures must also appear in the caption; however, a caption-only disclosure is not enough. The Paid Partnership tag or any other disclosure must be visible in the first few lines without requiring the viewer to expand the text.
For photos, disclosures must be clearly visible via on-screen text. For Stories and Reels, disclosures must be clearly visible via on-screen text and clearly stated aloud within the first few seconds.
Enable the Branded Content toggle, add disclosures via on-screen text, and clearly state the disclosure aloud within the first few seconds.
