"#1 The brush's interchangeable tip falls off. #2 The bristles are very stiff even after a hot water soak. Makes root application very difficult along with problem #1. #3 There is no narrowness on the end of brush so parting the hair is impossible. So also not great for root touch up. * I foolishly purchased two and really don't want the hassle of returning them. Overall review : Disappointed."
